The American carmaker and the food giant have teamed up to "explore the use of tomato fibre to develop a sustainable bio-plastic material for vehicles," bringing environmentally friendly motoring to a whole new level. Ford and Heinz tomato car parts: how will they work?
In the early ‘50s, both GM and Ford offered attractive and exciting sports cars, symbols of a proud post-war America. Ford had the Thunderbird and GM the Corvette, but Chrysler's approach was more pragmatic, producing cars that were practical and robust but also slow. The high-performance new Range Rover Sport RS, to be revealed at this week's 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed, has been previewed by Land Rover in this new video above. The teaser video shows the hot Range Rover Sport on test at the Nurburgring. It's the first go-faster Land Rover to emerge from the new Special Operations division launched earlier in June 2014.
